I am on episode 6 now...wanted to share a couple thoughts with you all. Discovered a new towards motivation as I was shopping with my friend. I want to lose weight so I can enjoy clothes shopping and be excited for it! I want to stop saying, " oh, that would be so cute if only I were skinnier! " I'm focusing on eating when I am physically hungry and then eating what I actually want to. It's a bit scary, but it's something different than trying to only eat healthy foods and then end up binging. Also, starting today, I'll be keeping a hunger diary as suggested in I believe episode 6 or 7. I can remember the levels easy because I just hear saying, " And 10 is like you're stuffed like a turkey on thanksgiving day!
