As I finish up week one - here is my Towards Motivation: I want to move towards feeling better I want to move towards not taking blood pressure medicine I want to move towards wearing more sytlish clothes I want to move towards shopping for new figure flattering clothes I want to move towards looking younger I want to move towards feeling lighter I want to move towards feeling successful in my quest I want to move towards more vitality I want to move towards being more energetic I want to move towards being less sef conscience about my body I want to move towards feeling self assured I want to move towards feeling more desirable I want to move towards looking good in pictures/photographs I want to move towards good health I want to move towards increasing my life span I want to move towards be physically capable of participating in activities I want to move towards looking better in a swim suit I want to move towards feeling better about how I look and feel I want to move towards not beating myself up about food and eating I want to move towards less brain chatter about my weight, eating, being fat etc, etc I want to move towards being more comfortable in my own skin about who I am and how I look.
