Following chapter one advice, I hope to find a few online friends who can relate to me and who I can help as well. I'm turning 50 this year, work full time, married 25 years, have a grown daughter, play the violin and am taking up golf. I have had success with Weight Watchers, but still have more to lose. Although I know what and how to eat, I don't feel I'm 'naturally slim and healthy' (as puts it). The 'inside' me still struggles with the issues that caused me to be overweight in the first place. I hope to get to the point someday where I naturally eat and exercise in just the right combination - without having to obsess over every pound gained/lost and every bite I put into my mouth. I'm looking forward to giving and receiving lots of positive support! > > > > ------------------------------------ > > Copyright 2005-2007. A. s. All worldwide rights reserved.Yahoo! Guest guest
I am also a Jenni (Australia) and have listened to 's podcasts and purchased her book. It has taken at least 2 years to lose 18kg and could do with loosing another 18Kg. It's the internal struggle that I still have issues with but I know the negative mind set has long gone... I just get back onto the horse and go again. ...Self correcting has always insisted that having a support group is an imperative component of success so here I am. Finally, tech savvy enoug to join yahoo group. I am a very young 60y.o and recently retired but let me tell you life has never been so busy. Still trying to find some time for me. Recycling the original podacasts is good - I feel like I am having a fresh start however, I would dearly love to hear from in the " now " . NIce to part of the group, thank you
