One step at a time.  I am glad you are here and willing to share your

journey.  I hope you feel proud that you are willing to begin the process to

healing your relationship with food.  Keep us posted.

Hi Everyone,

I bought Full-Filled a week ago and have read the introduction and chapter 1

several times.

Today I have decided to jump in.

I can honestly say that I am afraid to fail again, but I need to believe in

something. Today is my first step.

Welcome aboard dmphelps.

Glad to have you on the journey! It is all about accepting yourself for who you

are and learning to love and value the wonderful person you are. Then we all go

on from there!

D - Understand completely! I just finished chapter 1 - never thought writing

about myself would be so difficult. Chapter 2 is even more intense, but I can

definitely see where is coming from and where we are headed to. It wasn't

easy getting here and it's going to take a lot of self-examination to get to

where we want to be.

But, I want this to be a permanent change - not a quick fix like in the past.

The quick fix, doesn't fix anything. It's going to be a journey, but at least

for me, it's time to start enjoying life and the journey that it is and quit

hiding behind my weight. Hurts and feels good at the same time. :-) Let's go!
