Â I have been working through FullFilled for a few weeks now....will take me a lot more than 6 weeks to go through...lots of work and helpful insights. I also listen to the podcasts and some several times and am at podcast #23. I also meet a friend for coffee once a weeks to share & support each other about our weight release. I have lost a few pounds, slow but sure. The most incremental changes i have noticed in myself is that I am not so obssessed with food and that I am more aware to self-correct after a small or bigger binge....and don't beat myself silly for just being human! ..... Even if it's just being able to email when necessary and then answering the questions via email at the end of the week. Any takers?
