I have difficulties on weekends and evenings, too. Always have and can't figure out why. I hope to change this and find something else to occupy my mind with when not at work. Clean eating is eating food that isn't processed. That's in a nutshell. You can look it up on the web. Tosca Reno has written books on the topic. I could stop and focus to relax and forgive myself....  nobody is perfect and to be so strict and hard on our self - is the problem, we must learn to have treats,,, not feel quietly and go back to next clean bite. I could stop and focus to relax and forgive myself....normally I will binge for the week ahead.  Nobody is perfect and to be so strict and hard on our self - is the problem, we must learn to have treats,,, not feel quietly and go back to next clean bite. My goal is not to snack after dinner and yes weekend to be more focus, bite by bite not to binge and yes I agree be busy...... but do stuff that is fun. Keep up.
