Working through Full Filled .

I have been working through FullFilled for a few weeks now....will take

me a lot more than 6 weeks to go through...lots of work and helpful

insights. I also listen to the podcasts and some several times and am

at podcast #23. I also meet a friend for coffee once a weeks to share &

support each other about our weight release. I have lost a few pounds,

slow but sure. The most incremental changes i have noticed in myself is

that I am not so obssessed with food and that I am more aware to

self-correct after a small or bigger binge....and don't beat myself

silly for just being human! ..... I am still working on being gentler

with myself. I am looking forward to reading and sharing with you all.
