Greetings and Introduction

Hi all,

I'm new to the group, but have been listening to 's podcast for about a

year. I just started her book (well, started it a couple of weeks ago, but am

restarting it now!).

I'm so reassured by her. I've often thought that weight loss has to be a form of

punishment. But I like the idea of turning it around and building confidence,

looking at what I can let go of, and digging into my habits around food.

I'm not sure what to say for more of an introduction. I'm glad you are all here

and I look forward to sharing stories with you.

Welcome! I've noticed that I'm being less hard on myself in the past week or

two. It's seems to help.
