Tammy, let's do a happy dance!

I'm right there with ya - it's a wonderful thing to not be obsessing about

food. The irony that makes me giggle is that now I'm obsessed with not

being obsessed: I marvel at not craving food all the time; I'm giddy at

being able to eat just three small meals and a snack; and I jump up and

down with excitement every time I uncover a new subconscious reason for

overeating. I feel a new joy coming up in my life and its bubbling over

into all the other areas of my life.

I know that many of us are struggling and I do too sometimes, but I'm also

grateful I have a place to share this new joy. :-) My prayer is for those

who haven't found this joy yet - that you will soon!

LOL! And here I thought she was speaking only to ME!! :-)

Just a thought from someone who's been listening for quite a while--be careful

of podcast overload.

Try repeating the ones you've already listened to as much as you want, but only

adding 2 or 3 new ones to your playlist each week. (Try listening on

shuffle--it's AMAZING how often the one that plays is exactly what you need to

hear!)

This gives you the daily benefit of dropping inside--but you still have time to

process the new information.

(Heh. W, maybe we should go back to our school days and tack on the

initial? -- S)

about being true to who you are - I have responded to this by taking a second to

HI !

You're so funny!  Humor is the key isn't it?  I think because you were here

first I should be W. and you should be regular " " ! :-) Also, thank you

so much for your advice about just focusing on a couple of the podcasts--as

wonderful as they are, because I'm so new at this, it can be overwhelming!  As

Sian mentioned in such an amazing note--it's good to take things in steps as are

best for the individual!  You know...all the people in this group are truly

inspirational and making this challenge fun! Thank you so much, for your

words of wisdom!

Sincerely,

The " other " (W.)

I love the idea of shuffling the podcasts! I'll definitely do that. I love

all the creativity, wisdom and support of this group. I don't post all the

time, but I read a lot and enjoy knowing that I'm not alone in my

struggles, my joys and my past challenges.

Hugs,

Sian

Hi L, L and S, that you for your support and advice. Definitely going to slow

down on the podcast overload, I think the initial excitement that seemed

to be hitting on so many of my individual food and self acceptance struggles. It

feels like my own personal twice daily therapy session. I started at the

beginning today.

Food blow out today - the first time in 8 days. I had 1 too many red wines last

night and as always tried to eat through my hangover. I feel disgusting having

eaten fried food all day. Big run tomorrow morning before work to make amends. I

am determined to let this be a 1 day blow out not spiral into a few days or

weeks!
