Does anyone know how to copy the pod-casts from the personal life medi site to

your ipod? I try right clicking and it doesnt work. Also.,. how do you subcribe

to the podcasts and what does this mean? Very curious to learn more.

Hi ,

sorry I don't know anything about ipods but I suscribe on my compute by

having a programme that captures podcasts (podcathers) so whenever a new

podcast is released it is captured onto my hard drive. I use Radio

Downloader but there are loads. This is the url that will subscribe you:
