However, I ralized during this first week of Full -Filed that being overweight has allowed me to feel safe, or at least protected from unwanted attention and also feed some deeped seeded beleifs about not being worthy in general. Guest guest Posted March 23, 2012 Report Share Posted March 23, 2012 Hi Jasmine, The program builds on what came before. So what you do now is continue to week 2... and 3... and so on. There are other exercises in later chapters--or other podcasts, for new members who just started listening--that will actively bring you to the next level. But even without those exercises, just the fact that you identified some of these beliefs will start your subconscious (and conscious, probably) questioning these beliefs, and even changing them.
