Hi to everyone!

I've been listening to for about two years and finally thought " Oh yeah,

maybe I should do that whole 'support' thing she's always talking about! " I

guess I move a little slowly sometimes!

My journey is one of weight loss, of course (I'm not concerned about my health,

but do have a few pounds I would like to release, especially since I have a

lovely 4-month old daughter and still have weight from pregnancy hanging on),

but more-so one of self-acceptance and being comfortable with food. Being in

inner alignment and not constantly hating on myself has been such a challenge –

I re-listened to an early IOWL episode recently and mentions something

about how some of us talk to ourselves in ways that would absolutely horrify us

if they were said to a friend – and I am absolutely guilty of that.

I'm very much looking forward to getting to know you all and supporting you!
