Thank You

I just want to say thank you . You have made a tremendous change in my

life. The wheels have started turning and I know the momentum is going to keep

on going.

When I found your book at the library- whats new shelf- I picked it up and I

didn't realize the gold nugget I had found. I was pretty close to setting it

down. I have read so many weight loss books as you can imagine. Some recent

ones McKenna- I Can Make You Thin and Geneen Roth- Food God and Love. They

were helpful but after reading them I felt like I was brought to the mountain of

knowledge and left there to fend for myself.

Finding you was like finding a long lost love. The book, the podcasts, this

Yahoo group are keys that I know will make me successful. I plan to listen over

and over again because they are so content rich.

I worked as a psychotherapist so I know some of the things you talk about. I

have known for quite some time that diets were not the answer. Just how to go

about if for me was what I was searching for. And I say with great joy, I have

found the knowledge that I was seeking. Wow!

I currently weigh 300. It doesnt matter. Whether it was 20 or 150 pounds to

lose, the issues are the same. I know I have found the road to success. I am

excited about the lasting change that will happen within me.

Each night I can not wait to go upstairs and pull out my book and journal so I

can learn, learn, learn.

I want to say thank you for the podcasts and the book. Your work and dedication

are VERY much appreciated.
