Guest guest
Hi , I just bought the compulsion blow out but I haven't listened to it yet. Partly this is because I've had company in town so I haven't had the free time I usually have. Partly this is because I feel like I need to find a moment of inner quiet before I listen. I want to make sure I really hear what is said. Hopefully I be able to to do this in the next week or so ... as soon as I do I'll let you know! -Amy > > Hi everyone, > > I was wondering if anyone has purchased these products from 's website. Did you find them helpful? I'm super interested in anything that will end my cravings for chocolate in the evening and was thinking the Compulsion Blow Out might be helpful. Has it been for anyone else? And I was thinking that if that is useful and works, might as well buy all three. > > Also, is there anyone out there who would like a buddy? I'd love to have someone to help me be accountable - I'm particularly looking for someone I can speak to or email when I'm feeling like making a bad choice that is not going to maximize my pleasure over time. Someone who would just listen and be like a person at the end of a personal journal. I'd obviously be happy to reciprocate! (i'm in the UK if that matters for time zones) > > Best, > >
Guest guest
I bought them and they are great. My biggest proble is that I can't quiet myself to where I get the benefit. My brain just won't turn off enough and so none off even though I listen when I am in bed. I hear all the distractions from outside, the fan whirring above my head..... If I can quieten down enough I fall asleep. It's hard work! Guest guest
First of all--I also have all three. I don't really use the compulsion blowout much--I don't have any one food that pulls me. Though I might try it with coffee in the near future. I really needed the appetite adjuster at first--I was good at telling when I was hungry, but not so good at recognizing full. I still go back and listen every now and then to sort of re-callibrate my hunger scale. But if you can only get one, I'd recommend the conflict resolution journey. This is the one that gets to the root of your problems. Not that you necessarily listen once and everything disappears--you may have several issues to resolve. ( recommends that if you get all three, you start with this one.) Kris, I think that even if you sleep through it, your subconscious is getting some benefit from it. The conflict resolution one even has a reminder to remember the journey *if* the journey is important to you. So maybe it's not? :-) Especially when I first started listening, I found that I got better results if I listened sitting up. The images were clearer, somehow the integration seemed sharper. You might want to see if you can find a time when you can sit for it. Maybe allow an extra five minutes or so just to settle in, listening to the external sounds, adjusting to them... >________________________________ > >To: " insideoutweightloss " <insideoutweightloss > >Sent: Friday, July 6, 2012 12:11 AM >Subject: Re: Compulsion Blow Out/Sabotage Self Sabotage/Appetite Adjuster > > > >I bought them and they are great. Guest guest
I have all three as well and I KNOW that even if you fall asleep your subconscious is listening! can't tell you how many times I've gone to sleep with these playing and I ALWAYS wake up at the end when she more or less brings you out! Makes me laugh! ________________________________ To: " insideoutweightloss " <insideoutweightloss > Sent: Thursday, July 5, 2012 8:31 PM Subject: Re: Compulsion Blow Out/Sabotage Self Sabotage/Appetite Adjuster  First of all--I also have all three. Guest guest
Ahhhhhh! Colleen, I was so glad to read that! Last night I listened to the Self Sabotage download ... I started it at about 9:45pm, and admittedly have been fighting a cold to the extent where I've needed naps in the middle of the day which is rare. While listening, I did relax deeply, and admittedly thought I had completely fallen asleep, although I also was 'brought back' at the end when talked about coming back to awareness. I told my husband this morning that if I started clucking like a chicken at the sound of the doorbell it meant that the hypnotherapy must have worked. :-) Glad to hear that it's a normal experience for others as well! -Amy > >> > > >> > Hi everyone, > >> > > >> > I was wondering if anyone has purchased these products from 's > >> website.
