Guest guest
While doing my WR Journal I found that one of the reasons I overeat is that I have a rebelious spirit & eating gives me a sense of freedom-NOBODY IS GONNA TELL ME WHAT TO EAT! Well, last night I was watching Oliver's Food Revolution and it dawned on me that what I've been eating alot of the time(takeout, snackfoods, etc.)is actually mainstream " food " being heavily pushed on the American public, so eating fresh cooked, locally grown, whole foods would be the proper way to rebel! I think this shift in perspective will help me make more healthful choices & I'm excited Melody
Guest guest
love that revelation -- I, too sometimes share the 'rebellion' when it comes to anyone telling me what to eat (oh like weight watchers or jenny craig!) great share - thanks! ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Wednesday, July 11, 2012 10:30 AM Subject: Epiphany!
