Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has purchased these products from 's website. Did

you find them helpful? I'm super interested in anything that will end my

cravings for chocolate in the evening and was thinking the Compulsion Blow Out

might be helpful. Has it been for anyone else? And I was thinking that if that

is useful and works, might as well buy all three.

Also, is there anyone out there who would like a buddy? I'd love to have someone

to help me be accountable - I'm particularly looking for someone I can speak to

or email when I'm feeling like making a bad choice that is not going to maximize

my pleasure over time. Someone who would just listen and be like a person at the

end of a personal journal. I'd obviously be happy to reciprocate! (i'm in the UK

if that matters for time zones)
