" " What I want instead " is: * An Active Old Age * Independence from food obsession * Slender Arms * Slim Hips * Clear Skin * Strong Core and Muscles * to view food as fuel for my physical needs; to find other ways to relate, reward and relax * to be able to determine when I'm hungry & when I'm not * to be secure in the knowledge that the right food, in the right amount, will be available when I need it * to view exercise as restorative to my body Thanks for being here - Have a Good Day! b.
