Guest guest
Feeling inspired by this post. What are my symptoms for my weight struggle? I feel unattractive because of my weight. I don't like the " muffin top " look, so I wear shirts un-tucked. My feet bother me from time to time. I find it hard to run. Positive changes from 7 years ago when I was much heavier: I can walk and climb stairs now without running out of air. I have gone from a 40 waits to a 36. My knees don't cause constant pain. I have not had a gout attack for years and am no longer taking Allopurinol. I always wear black pants or dark jeans. 2. I don't pay much attention to my appearance. 3. Having sex can be cumbersome (my husband is overweight also). 4. I am physically weak. 5. I have an ankle injury which is partly due to the stress of too muich weight. 6. My knees hurt. 7. Other family members pressure me. 8. I have energy and fatigue problems. 9. It is very hard to shop. 10. I have to shop in fat-lady stores. 11. My tummy is a very large pooch. 12. My hypoglycemia is more difficult to manage than when I am thinner. 13. I have problems with migraine headaches, which might be better if I lose weight. Not a pretty list! But better to bare my soul than to continue this way.
