Guest guest
Looking for support online. My name is Alison and I am 27. I am looking to find the kind of change that will last longer than a diet. I have tried weight watchers, FA, myfooddiary.... and nothing seems to stick! I can never seem to stick with a food plan. Who's got a good one? Thanks in advance for all support.

Guest guest
Welcome to the group, Alison! I've found it more helpful to keep a hunger diary, than to follow a meal plan. has a hunger diary posted on the Full Filled website. I view meal plans as restrictive, which causes me anxiety when I can't follow them to the letter. And sometimes causes me to overeat, because I'll eat according to the plan, whether I'm hungry or not. b. > > Looking for support online. My name is Alison and I am 27. Guest guest
Thanks for the suggestion B. I will check out the hungry diary. Working through chapter one, I realize that I have some issues around food being a reward for me. Like if I've had a hard day so I deserve a dessert, etc. Trying to focus on other ways to reward myself. > > > > Looking for support online. My name is Alison and I am 27.
