I reckon you can turn this around though - I just listen to episode 20, the one where talks about her client who said " thank you burrito " ! And she talked about how the burrito helped to signpost a trigger/situation that they'd not worked on yet - in your case, I guess it would be the trigger of feeling hugely frustrated in a situation beyond your control. Is it maybe a re-do moment for you? What would you like to have done differently, and how?
