I'm a fan of Albers, but for some reason had missed this book. Thanks for

pointing it out - it's on its way from Amazon! :D

Hi Regan,

That's great. I'm finding it to be very easy to pick up and read randomly - each

time I get a great idea for a breathing technique or other renewal strategy.

I hope you enjoy it too.
