Hey all,

So, I just recently started working as a waitress again at an Italian restaurant

in my area. Most of the foods are high in carbs and not very good for people.

For just two days, I decided I'd take a break from my perfect diet of only

healthy foods and eat what I wanted. Since I was working double shifts, I didn't

work out for two mornings either because I knew it would wear me out completely.

I made it through the first day just fine eating those greasy, tasty things...

but by the second day I already wasn't sleeping well, had low overall energy,

and I felt like total crap.

Today is day three and I feel as if I've been poisoned! It's a Saturday, so the

dining room is going to be very busy. Hopefully I don't throw up on my

customers.

I'm taking the next three days to regroup -- I'm going to exercise despite a

double shift and get back into my old eating habits.

Once you step away from eating like the majority of Americans... when you decide

to go back... you realize how horrible the food is for you! I feel flat-out ill!

I'm glad I did this experiment and learned from it... but until my body can

regroup from this... I'm gonna have it a little rough.

Do any of you have any stories like this? Where you revert back to an old eating

habit or exercise less and feel terrible?

Blegh,

Krissy
