Guest guest
Hi Krissy I've definitely had similar experiences. Since listening to iowl, I've stopped eating sugar--it's been a few years now. Yea!! It's something I had previously thought would be impossible for me. Last year, I was sitting in a Starbucks, anxiously waiting for my daughter's flight to arrive. I ordered some pumpkin bread, thinking I would have some just this one time--I used to love that stuff! So I had a bite--and it was too disgustingly sweet! I wanted to wipe it off my tongue! What a joyous revelation! I no longer loved-but-resisted sugary stuff. I just find it yucky now. Yea! Mim
Guest guest
Hi Krissy, Try and hold on to how gross you feel and associate it to eating the crap food at work.. Anyway, works for me! I don't eat the treats at work because I pictured bugs and hair in them enough 10 years ago that I am repulsed by the thought of treats at work. As for working out when you are pressed for time: Have you ever seen/tried tabata workouts? They are awesome and take 8 minutes. C
