I am practicing " returning " Returning to eating veggies, returning to eating 3 meals, returning to eating breakfast, returning to being kind to myself. I am great at empowering others, and often put myself at the bottom of the list. Today, I am moving myself up the list by at least five, (I know I could have said to the top) however, I thought I would be authentic and start where I am at, hence the five :-) I appreciate reading your posts, and hearing your sharing.
