Hi Everyone:

Just taking time to post, letting you know that I am a reader, I read all the

posts,

Not much of a poster, and will post from time to time.

I am practicing " returning "

Returning to eating veggies, returning to eating 3 meals, returning to eating

breakfast,

returning to being kind to myself.

I am great at empowering others, and often put myself at the bottom of the list.

Today, I am moving myself up the list by at least five, (I know I could have

said to the top)

however, I thought I would be authentic and start where I am at, hence the five

:-)

I appreciate reading your posts, and hearing your sharing.

I'm working on moving myself up the list too. Baby steps. It will take time when

we weren't even on the list before!
