Guest guest
, Have you tried the podcasts? They're free, and you don't have to worry about returning them to the library. :-) I get more out of the guided journeys in the podcasts than I do from reading the guided journeys in the book. http://personallifemedia.com/podcasts/216-inside-out-weight-loss Start from the beginning. It's worth it! >________________________________ > >To: insideoutweightloss >Sent: Saturday, June 23, 2012 8:00 AM >Subject: Recent struggles > > > >Hey Gang! > >I've been off for the last couple weeks due to so much going on in my personal life. It halted my progress in the book a little since I had so much to process and sort through already. My ex met someone else after we'd only been apart about 1 month (we dated off & on for 6 years by the way). It hit me really really hard. I couldn't eat much for about 3 days. Once I was able to, I was craving chocolate and having a hard time NOT overeating. I relapsed a little a few times. I kept eating past full, ate more sugar than I had been, and had a hard time staying out of the kitchen. I found myself thinking about food and wanting to eat repeatedly when I knew I wasn't hungry. I had to return Full-filled to the library, and I'm currently looking to buy it so I can finish the program. I was really enjoying the process and learning a lot. After this speed bump and all them emotions it has brought with it, I'm just struggling to stay on track. Since I don't have the book as a resource right now, I was just seeking some suggestions from the group to help me out at this time. Anyone have any advice on how to handle the urge to eat when not hungry? Or what to do to help ease the guilt for relapse afterward? Any little tricks that have worked for anyone? > > > > > > >
Guest guest
I got a couple off of itunes by subscribing. I really liked them and I'd love to start from the beginning, but I can't figure out how to download them from personal life media onto my mac. Any suggestions? > > , > > Have you tried the podcasts? Guest guest
Don't go to the Episode Details page for each podcast. Instead, stay on the page with the full list. (http://personallifemedia.com/podcasts/216-inside-out-weight-loss) Ctrl-click the Download button and select Download linked file as. Then you can browse to wherever you want to save the file. >________________________________ > >To: insideoutweightloss >Sent: Sunday, June 24, 2012 9:57 AM >Subject: Re: Recent struggles > > > >I got a couple off of itunes by subscribing.
