Guest guest
Great question.... Now that I have an iPod with more memory, I have all the podcasts downloaded. I love shuffle--usually it'll play exactly what I need to hear, that I never would have picked for myself. When I had more limited space, these are the ones I never deleted: Episode 3: Guided Journey to Get What You Want --in addition to the guided journey (to identity, is how I think of it), there's a discussion of " the Disney Method " for the right time to use your inner critic http://personallifemedia.com/podcasts/216-inside-out-weight-loss/episodes/2787-g\ uided-journey-get-what Episode 4: Breaking Free in the Weight Loss Fitting Room --finding the gift behind the weight/overeating http://personallifemedia.com/podcasts/216-inside-out-weight-loss/episodes/2786-b\ reaking-free-weight-loss-fitting Episode 33: Guided Integration Journey --another identity journey (I spent so much of my life burying my true self that I really need this and #3...) http://personallifemedia.com/podcasts/216-inside-out-weight-loss/episodes/3816-g\ uided-integration Episode 108: Making Saying No Easier by Saying Yes --self-explanatory. LOL! http://personallifemedia.com/podcasts/216-inside-out-weight-loss/episodes/80287-\ making-saying-no-easier-saying Episode 110: Guided Journey for More Time and Less Weight --Wow. This one really helped me start building the " inner sanctuary " that turns up in a lot of later episodes. I can describe it for you. I can tell you what I see, what I feel. I can drop inside in an instant just by thinking of the images. You can (in my opinion) listen to this one " out of order " --any time after doing the foundational episodes (1-18) http://personallifemedia.com/podcasts/216-inside-out-weight-loss/episodes/81418-\ guided-journey-more-time-less I really like the more recent series on anxiety eating (186-190) and the very last podcasts before the break (201-207) >________________________________ > >To: " insideoutweightloss " <insideoutweightloss > >Sent: Monday, May 14, 2012 1:50 AM >Subject: Re: A Newbie and Not Sure If This Group Is For Me > > > >Hello everyone, >What are your favorite podcasts?
