The online class follows the Full-filled book a chapter per week. There are daily breakout of the homework, meditations and a week summery. Once a week there is a group call. There is also an online forum, which is more focused and intimate than here. It has been enormously transformative to me. Having the weekly and even daily structure really helped to follow all the material through. And there is a LOT of tools gives us in the book. Having a small group to share the weekly homework and progress with , was very liberating and supporting as well. And now I have a pack of meditations I can cycle between .
