Guest guest
You may never need a Dan if you are able to get RXs for an antiviral and an antifungal without one. Go to TACA site, search Stan Kurtz and print his paper...the protocol is there...and it knowcked our dd completely off the spectrum within four months. She was high functioning too and also cannot have pastuerized cow dairy without consequences. The strategies in Body Ecology, SCD intro phase/Stage one ( the broth fast, basically, followed by easy to digest foods for a short period) and no starches, ccarbs, grains or sugars or honey for about six weeks with zinc, CLO, even primrose and flax oils, and vit c supplementation and the addition of fermented foods to her diet eliminated not only all her spectrum behaviors but also the white coating from her tongue and her GI issues. It took six weeks of diflucan and valtrex and all the diet changes mentioned to heal her...and she is still great months later with no sign of the cray intolerances she used to present with...she can now eat Ezekial bread occasionally as well as real corm tortillas in moderation and a tiny bit of sugar also dos not derail her progress or good health. Cow dairy remains off limits though. Good luck. Nourishing Traditions Cookbook was very helpful in helping us to understand why she was vaccine injured when others are not... > > I have heard about the valtrex/nystatin treatment.. Guest guest
Hi I'm a 35yr old male and I'm new to this. I've battled with my weight for years. I've lost weight so many times but just end up gaining it again. I don't know why I find it so hard. I have achieved so much in my life but this just beats me every time. I'm currently around 3 stone overweight and would love to end the weight struggle and food obsession forever. I have battled with it for so long I don't know what it's like to not think about food all day everyday. I'm racked with judgements about what to choose and most of the time I do choose the healthier options and I go to the gym 3x a week but my weight doesn't alter? My question is how can i learn to make free choices around food like a person who manages to stay a healthy weight, and only eat what I need when my body needs it. Guest guest
Welcome Fox09809! I assume you found this group through 's free podcast Inside Out Weight Loss on itunes or Personal Life Media? Or, maybe you purchased her book Full-Filled? Either way if you listen to the podcasts from the beginning or follow the exercises in the book you will get tremendous guidance in how to answer your question. Many of us here share your struggle and have achieved exactly what you are looking for so hang in, there is hope and relief!! For me, the most important step to begin and to sustain you through your journey is self acceptance and self love. When you embody that concept, the battle goes away. When the battle goes away you come up with creative and long lasting solutions to handle your relationship to food. People who are " naturally slender " or who manage to stay at a healthy weight have learned this or have this intuitively in their being. You can learn this! Relax and have fun with the journey and share your challenges and triumphs with us all! You are not alone and we all benefit from sharing. Hugs, > Hi I'm a 35yr old male and I'm new to this. Guest guest
Thank you for your support, I'm going to carry on listening to the podcasts and be realistic this time. In the art I've wanted instant gratification, and when the diet fails i give up and end up in the cycle again. I like the sound of this as its more about changing my focus. It's not easy but I guess motivation gets me started and habit keeps it going. > > > Hi I'm a 35yr old male and I'm new to this. I've battled with my > > weight for years.
