Guest guest
Yes, this system works, even for those of us who have had a life-long struggle with weight. And one of the first things it will help with is creating a more positive inner dialog, so you don't feel the need to call yourself names in order to motivate you.... Start the podcasts from the beginning--the prologue (#0). Listen to at least the first 18 foundational episodes before trying to find something tailored to your situation. Because... everything fits your situation. Or mine.... Give yourself some time to digest them. I find that more than 3 new podcasts in a week is a lot to take in... After you get through #18, if you still want specific recommendations, ask again. Though you might find that you'd prefer to keep going in order. Pretty Plus by age 6 Don't remember an age where I didn't binge on sweets if they were available First full-on emotional eating binge at 14 Feeling mostly at peace around food and at home in my own skin since finding IOWL almost 3 years ago.... >________________________________ > >To: insideoutweightloss >Sent: Tuesday, June 12, 2012 2:14 PM >Subject: Lifelong fatty > > > >Hello > >Does anyone know IOWL/renee's method works for lifetime fatties? ie people who have been overweight from birth due to being overfed by a mother who thought they were doing the right thing by feeding whenever the baby cries and to stuff down any feeling. Then further bonding with by teaching the child to share her binge eating episodes which she herself used to feel better / spoil herself / avoid feelings? is there a podcast that would help? > >thanks > > > > >
