Guest guest Posted June 12, 2012 Report Share Posted June 12, 2012 Now that hasn't been doing new podcasts, I realize just how much I looked forward to my Friday morning fix.... I'd download the new one and listen as I cleaned house. I'd make a mental note of things I wanted to think about, then later I'd listen again at a deeper level. This was definitely one of my favorite ways to renew. A simple yet effective method to focus going into the weekend, so I could focus going into the next week. Now that there aren't new ones coming in, I decided to plan in advance which podcast I will review with intention (as opposed to which ones I'll let iPod serve me at random). I started with the Limiting Beliefs series (I'm on #20 now), and I'll keep that up for the next few weeks. I've invited the IOWL SparkPeople team to join me--and I think I'll throw it out here, too. Do any of you have recommendations for the next series? Possibly going back to the beginning, or possibly going back to a review series, like Back to Basics, or Assumptions that will make you thin.
