Hi! I am currently readling and journaling my way through the Full Filled book.

Despite my tendency to withdraw from goup settings, I have decided to follow the

guidance given in the book. My participation in this group will serve as my

reaching out for support. Obviously, my attempts to go it alone have failed.

There are just so many posts...overwhelming!!! Any advice for managing this

mass media??

I feel the same way about group settings and am using this to reach out. I

would also love to know how everyone manages with so many posts.

Hi Dana,

I get the posts by email--I don't read them online. So I only see the most

recent ones. There aren't usually very many posts on a given day--so just start

where you are, today

Consider the older posts a reference if you want to do a search on a specific

question.
