Hey guys,

So, this week is Tackle Limiting Beliefs week in my brain. Today I'm going

through 's Five Questions about limiting beliefs (ep 20) and question three

says, do I believe that becoming naturally slender is possible for me?

Well, right now I'm doing really well in my journey, I'm down nearly 10lbs in

just under 5 weeks, and I'm feeling really good, really confident.

However, I have this ongoing belief that though I might get all this weight off

in time for my wedding in May next year, as soon as my HTB and I start a family

I'm going to put on a load of baby weight and have to start all over again. The

thought terrifies me - and it depresses me. Has anyone managed to a) lose weight

to where they wanted to be and then B) managed to keep it off during/post

pregnancy?

Hi Charlotte,

First off, congratulations on the amazing weight loss! Wow, 10 pounds in 5 weeks

is fantastic!

As for your baby weight fears, look at ! She has two children, and had them

after she had already lost weight (I'm pretty sure of that...). 

I'm a mom and I was at a low weight when I got pregnant. Then after my daughter

was born I had to go back to work right away and she didn't sleep at all. So for

the first 9 months of her life, I didn't get to exercise or eat very well.

However, once I got her to sleep, I went back to my pre-pregnancy weight.  

I think that if you are doing so well now, it means that you are changing your

whole relationship to food, health, etc. And that's going to continue after you

start a family as well because it will just be what you do and who you are!
