Hi wonderful people! In going back to the Full-Filled book club support group

idea.. Who has an idea of how to keep the subject separate from the IOWL podcast

episodes and other general info? These long threads can get unruly, good info

gets buried and it can get time consuming to sort through everything... Maybe

we start each new topic thread with " FF " to decipher it from everything else?

Or maybe like: FF-Away From Motivation, FF-Visualizing myself, or FF-general

thoughts..

Just a thought since I joined 's special class, the Google Group, am

starting my own in person local support group, and I a Facebook page and group!

Phew! If I don't " get-r-done " this time I never will!!
