I'm really happy you found this path out of the struggle and to what you want (or something even better!). BTW Becky, remember week 3-your slip ups, in this case your 6 brownies, are keys to your success. It's part of the program to screw up. Progress doesn't happen in a straight line, as much as we wish it did. We need those slip ups to tell us where to go to create more peace and freedom.
