I cauhght a couple of these posts and wanted to welcome the newbies too.

I'm really happy you found this path out of the struggle and to what you

want (or something even better!).

BTW Becky, remember week 3-your slip ups, in this case your 6 brownies, are

keys to your success. It's part of the program to screw up. Progress

doesn't happen in a straight line, as much as we wish it did. We need

those slip ups to tell us where to go to create more peace and freedom. Tap

on the guilt and release it, then tap on the trigger.
