Hi everyone,

I'm starting to realize how much I get in my own way with weight loss and life,

and I've been wondering if any of you have used 's download on sabotaging

self sabotage?

Is this equivalent to what we hear in the podcast? If not how is it different?

Thanks so much!

Amy

I looooooooove this journey. It is similar to... but much more than.. the

journey in #4 where you identify where the gift is.

Actually, here's what I had to say about it in my latest SparkPeople blog:

I love the journey--finding the image for the part of me that wants to change.

The image for the part of me that is getting something good from the status quo.

The integrated image, combining the positive intent of both these parts. My

subconscious is very creative. Sometimes I laugh out loud at the images, and the

words that go with them. And I always feel calmer, more relaxed, for days

afterwards.

I never get the same answers twice--thought I do have recurring themes. It was

so definitely worth the money for me. I really like the appetite adjuster, too.

(Probably time to listen again, for a bit of a tune-up, come to think of it.) I

use the compulsion blowout the least--mainly because my eating issues are much

more situational than linked to a specific food--and I haven't figured out how

to tweak it as I listen to fit my situation.
