Guest guest Posted June 3, 2012 Report Share Posted June 3, 2012 I am new on #17 of the podcasts. I absolutely love IOWL My redos are already making a difference. I am 2 days without refined sugar, and I am listening to my body. A big AHA moment I had was when we did the exercise with stepping into your " new " self and see how it feels. I was Stunned to find out I felt unsafe. I figured out why I felt that way. Now I keep reminding myself each day that . I am safe. It is safe to look attractive. I also think consumers should tell restaurants to get with the program. Lower their costs and start serving smaller portions .. There would be less " waist " .
