Question about continued use of prednisone

Am occasionally on prednisone, with success, and would like to be on

the medication more ofter to keep me well. I am reluctant to take more

often but am concerned about the negatives outweighing the positives.

Very interested in input from asthma sufferers on prednisone, and

anyone else with information about what to expect from long-term

and/or repeated use: side effects we may know about (bloating,

insomnia, etc) and those we may not always be aware of (bone loss,

etc).
