> Two problems that that seem to occur for Gerson patients quite frequently

are

> painful oral canker sores and hemorrhoids.

>

> What symptomatic treatment can be done to alleviate the discomfort for

these two

> symptoms?

> 1. Canker sores: Warm chamomile tea mouth rinse every two hours and

application

> of aloe vera gel to the sores

> 2. Hemorrhoids: Anusol is acceptable along with warm " sitz " baths.

>

> Both of these two reactions/conditions are not uncommon as the body makes

> numerous shifts within the digestive and detoxification process.

Hemorrhoids

> are part of the portal venous system of the liver. The more liver

> congestion/toxicity, the greater and possibly longer an inflammation

healing

> response may last. However they will subside eventually, the time may be

> related to the individual's unique chemistry and immune system response.
