..Alana -- Yes, candida is an issue. The castor oil cleanse, and now turmeric are helping with that. Plus, my doc just gave me prescriptions for Diflucan and nystatin to fight off the fungals.Thanks for the list of things to try.

Cory -- That's interesting about insulin resistance. Diabetes runs in my family, and I'm always craving sweets. My blood sugar numbers are normal for now, but it's definitely something I need to be aware of. I think you're right that exercise will be a big help with that.

Have you looked into other stuff that is good for Candida?

acidophilus

garlic

caprylic acid

pau darco

and I am sure others will have more suggestions for you.

And talk to your Doctor first.

Thanks for the information. This is not an asthma issue, but it is

very relevant to my wife's condition, which she is ignoring and her

doctors have not diagnosed.
