Caffeine seems to help my brain fog. I use it medicinally. In the morning, I have a cup of green tea or I can't think straight. In the afternoon I sip on one, maybe two cups of tea. It does help me think. I probably do need to go to all green tea though as it has less caffeine. I am heading in that direction (slowly) because I am a caffeine addict.

I'm slowly beginning to realize that a lot of my "weirdness" might be linked to my thyroid. Hopefully through all of my brain fog I can make enough sense of it to get some results at my drs appt next week. Who would have thought all of these crazy ways my body is acting are somehow related!Tee wrote: Pam, Yep I can be hyper at night, drink a coke and sleep like a baby!!!
