Thank you! No I had not. I really am impressed with Dr. Mercola and his newsletter. I am going to definitely give it a try. The article that really shook me was reading one on aspartame. As a diabetic we have been told it is safe and to look for products with this on the label. Turns out it can do more harm. I am impressed with Dr. Mercola and I think I will sign up for his site I also suffer from mood disorders and was shocked to see the negative effect aspartame has on my population. I passed it on via email to my case worker to share. I had heard it as a rumor but to see it is a published result of clinical trials makes it sink in. Cinnamon? I love it, is it but did not know of health benefits. I am going to have to research that. WOW! Say you mentioned something on the conversation about helping the three year old about something it breaks your heart people havent tried. I had not heard of it before. Would you have links on it to share as I would love to give it a try. Thanks. Huffy.

Got to go to therapist. Will check out the bitter melon link after. I am soo sold on Dr. Mercola. Straight talk and soeone I feel is trustworthy.
