Hi everyone,I know--I really like this group of people, too!I have a question for you all, something that I've noticed (and wish someone would do a study on because I'm really curious!) When I'm having trouble breathing that one of my triggers often shows up in my dreams, most often fire. Even if it's not real fire, the color red will be flooded through whatever is happening in my dream sequence. It seems to start a whole sequence of events within my dream/nightmare--rapid heartbeat, gasping for air, etc--until the fire is surrounding me, and then I wake up. The thing is, I'm actually still having an asthma attack in real life. What seems to distinguish the days I have difficulty breathing from the days that I don't (and have nightmares) is

that even if I have an "attack" in my nightmare, when I wake up, I'm not in real life.Did you ever experience anything like this? What are your thoughts?Have a great weekend!
