Xopenex doesn't make you shake as bad as the other meds to be used in the nebulizer. I don't get something though, All my asthma/allergy meds all have a high copay $45 a piece, and there are 4 of them each month. Wish there was a way to get them cheaper

Will try to remember this one. I have never heard of it. Alice>> I also have Xopenex, good stuff and works but the dr said with all he had me on I should need the nebulizer, I have 8 unopened boxes of Xopenex, I wish I could ship it to you since you use it, Do you think the postal service would allow that?> > > Terry > I know God will not give me anything I can't handle. I use it in my nebulizer, but I believe it is available in an inhaler too or will be soon. It is called Xopenex and it is WAY better than albuterol, in my opinion. Melaleuca products really are very good. It can be spendy though. I think you can find them on the web at www.melaleuca.com _____ >

The manufactorer of meds usually has a program for non insured people and gives you your meds for very cheap. I did that with my asthma inhalers when I didn't have insurance. Check it out.Terry wrote: Xopenex doesn't make you shake as bad as the other meds to be used in the nebulizer. Fortunately We have insurance, but the copays on these asthma meds are so high. It hurts the pocket when all 5 meds hit you to refill at once, I'm going to get with the few dr's I know to see if they can keep me supplied with the meds I need with samples. That's the only way I know to take the meds I need and it not break the bank. I was honestly with my allergist/asthma dr that I'd stopped alot of my asthma meds because I couldn't afford it anymore, I know it was a dumb move, but what came first? Putting food on the table for the family and tuition for the kids schooling or meds? At the time my kids came first, but I quickly learned that without me they don't have any of that, so now to deal with the expense of having asthma
