Thank you for letting us know that there is a problem. I had no idea

that any of the posts were bothering anyone. I apologize profusely

for any un-asthma related comments such as about apnea, my new doctor,

diet, health care, jokes and anything else that may not have

been " asthma enough " for this forum. I guess that always considered

these kinds of forums conversations, and a post often makes you think

of something else that you think might be interesting or helpful. I

have learned quite a bit from some of these unrelated forays and as

consider asthma a complicated condition with many related causes,

treatments and issues I didn't see anything especially off topic...

I signed up for several groups that sounded interesting, but this has

been the most active, so I have only been posting here. I have really

enjoyed these posts, but now I see that maybe I should look harder for a

group that fits better, since asthma isn't my only health issue and I

am interested in general well being in all of its forms and not just my

asthma. ;-)

Just to make this an acceptable post that has a specific asthma

comment, I will share that I still haven't used my inhaler. It has

been at least two months.

Sorry for any inconvenience,

Lets

please try to keep the posting to asthma related subjects. Thank

What? Where did this come from?

Terry,

I wasn't slamming Alice and if it came across that way then I tender

my apologies. I was speaking in her defense because what Sue said to

her was so hateful and I didn't feel that it was right for Alice to be

slammed simply because she has several environmental sensitivities and

tended to gravitate towards alternative medicines. I am sorry to hear

that she left the group as she was a fount of information. Again if it

seemed that I was slamming her I apologize as that was not my intention.

I hear you on the perfume thing. We went out for supper last weekend

and the table next to us ws celebrating a birthday. The mother was

given a big bottle of Georgio Beverly Hills and opened the stupid

thing and sprayed herself with it right in our direction. My four

year old piped up about the " horrible stinky smell " . I sat and

gasped for the rest of the meal. I should have said something but

figured my DS's comment let them have it plain and simple ;)

Catelyn,

I didn't think I said either and I wasn't sure if Terry had meant Sue

or if I actually said something that could be construed as such. Terry

has been great about giving me some much needed information, and I

wanted to clarify my position to clear up any misunderstandings. :-)
