Guest guest
For high copays, see if your insurance has a mail order program. You can usually get a 3 month supply for about 2 months copay amount. For things that you take all the time, this is the way to go.
Guest guest
I know my family Dr has done that and it is cheaper to go that route, I'll have to see if the allergist/asthma dr will do the same. Thanks Terry I know God will not give me anything I can't handle. I just wish that He didn't trust me so much. ~Mother Teddy Bear's Early Learning ProgramEstablished August of 1992 From: asthma [mailto:asthma ] On Behalf Of cathy_springstead63Sent: Monday, May 19, 2008 10:34 AMTo: asthma Subject: Re: Xopenex For high copays, see if your insurance has a mail order program. Guest guest
The drug manufacturers usually have programs also. When I was laid off of my job and had no insurance I was signed up by my clinic for some programs. I received Advair and Proair and nasal inhaler free for a year by mail. cathy_springstead63 wrote: For high copays, see if your insurance has a mail order program. Guest guest
I'm paying $118/mo for my Flovent and I can't seem to qualify for any assistance altho I only earn about $9,000 a year. I'm told I must be on Medicaid first. But I can't qualify for Medicaid because my car is worth more than $4,000. Don't understand what you have to do. Tried the Montrose (?) thing, too. But again I made too much money--at $9,000 a year. And when you add my Albuterol to that -- it's $140/mo, which is more than 10% of my total income. But I guess there are people spending more than that. --martha > The manufactorer of meds usually has a program for non insured people > and gives you your meds for very cheap. I use it in my nebulizer, but I believe it is available in an inhaler too or will be soon. It is called Xopenex and it is WAY better than albuterol, in my opinion. Melaleuca products really are very good. It can be spendy though. I think you can find them on the web at www.melaleuca. com _____ > No viruses found in this incoming messageScanned by iolo AntiVirus 1.5.3.5http://www.iolo.com No viruses found in this outgoing messageScanned by iolo AntiVirus 1.5.3.5http://www.iolo.com Sent from Yahoo! Guest guest
Does anyone on here use it, I must have 8 boxes and with using the spacer I don't use the nebulizer anymore, I am keeping 1 box just in case. But I hate to throw this expensive stuff away. If you use it and want me to mail it to you please email me off the list. Soccer.mom@... Thanks, Have a great breathing day! Terry I know God will not give me anything I can't handle. I just wish that He didn't trust me so much. ~Mother Teddy Bear's Early Learning Program Established August of 1992 _______________________________________ No viruses found in this outgoing message Scanned by iolo AntiVirus 1.5.3.5 http://www.iolo.com
