Way off topic but I need some answers

Last Sunday I took a bad fall and ended up with a level 3 concussion and a

cut the size of a mercerdadies emblem on the back of my head which I still

have 5 staples for. My questions to you, if I'm finding I can't remember

simple things, like I'll make a phone call to thank a family member to

helping to clean up from the party while I was in the ER and they said I

already called, My daycare parents said I reminded them of one thing and am

telling them something different. Could this all be related to the

concussion? I don't want to drive anyone crazy with this mess, but I need to

know. I didn't sleep worth a darn last night because every where I turned my

head the staples about sent me through the roof! Hope someone can answer my

questions
