Advice please for 3 year old son

Hi there

My three year old son is asthmatic and has been taking medication

since he was six months old.

He started on Atrovent and by a year old worked up to Becotide. We

took him off this because of behavioral issues and it wasn't that

effective. He still had to take several courses of prednisolone when

he was taking it. We switched him to Singulair last October but have

just taken him off it for sleep disturbance and behavioural issues

again. It was failry effective. This winter we have only had one

course of prednisolone.

Our doctor says that there are no other alternative treatments.

We're in the UK.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
