Kim, is that a typo? The TPOab is 11 in a range of <35? That is not

positive, that is negative, at least if you go by labs, it is negative. If

it were positive, it would be over or >35, and with some labs, the ranges

are something like 0-35 or 0-40, which is supposedly normal.

I am not overly familiar with antibodies at this time. I just fell into "thyroid land" so to speak in Nov. So I am very green on these issues. What I meant was I DO have the TPO antibodies. I have read/heard that not everyone has those antibodies. I "do" have them so I said I was positive. I do understand that I am in a "normal range" for the TPO antibodies and that they are not out of control at this time. I have been warned to make sure to keep an eye on them in case they decide to get active in the future.
