weird sleep thing last night

I had a werid thing happen when I was asleep last nigth and I'm

wondering if this is typical. I introduced myself the other day

(Catelyln) but I changed my yahoo profile.

I fell asleep and woke up about an hour later. I had had a horrid

dream that I was having really bad problems breathing. When I woke up,

my heart was racing like crazy and I was having mild breathing issues

but not like in the dream. It really freaked me out.

Any thoughts?
