Greetings~

This is very exciting for me and I thought you'd like to know about it.

Everyone close to me knows that I am dedicated to my health and eating well.

My passion for health led me to transform my life and career during this

past

decade and devote my entrepreneurial spirit to empowering individuals to

restore and rejuvenate their body -- mainly through lifestyle changes and

diet. It's Dr. Young's program that I have referred to literally hundreds

time and time again no matter what their goal was -- no matter what their

symptoms were. I'm so grateful that Dr. Young has this opportunity to

introduce the New Biology and InnerLight to mainstream America. His research

has been a true blessing in my work and in the lives of those individuals

who

have benefited from his program.

Please forward this email to everyone you know who might benefit by learning

how they can improve their health. Please feel invited to call me. I look

forward to hearing from you with any questions you might have or if you want

more information on his program/diet, his new book, his products or a copy

of

any of the incredible testimonies for every kind of ailment, disease and

symptomatology there is.

Feel invited to check out his website at:

http://www.innerlightfoundation.org/

You can learn a lot there as well as be able to check out his May schedule

to

find out when he'll be in your area!

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kindest regards~

Dear Family and Friends:

>From the Time/Warner, Spring/Summer 2002 book catalog on the release of

" The

pH Miracle - Balance Your Diet, Reclaim Your Health, " by Dr. O. Young

and Redford Young.

In the tradition of the phenomenal bestseller " Fit for Life " comes a

revolutionary, proven diet program that empowers readers to take control of

their health.

Forget counting calories, fat grams, and cholesterol. Forget blood

pressure,

blood sugar, and hormone levels. The single most important health

measurement is the pH level in your blood and tissues. Now, " The pH

Miracle "

unlocks the surprisingly crucial role pH balance plays in weight loss. How

acidic or alkaline your blood is (pH levels) directly affects your health

and

is controlled by diet and supplements. For example, if the blood becomes

overly acidic from eating too much of the wrong kinds of food -- wheat,

bananas, meats, and cheese -- it can lead to weight gain, diabetes, heart

disease, cancer, and more. The Young's' program includes over 50 recipes

and

explains which foods to eat, which to avoid, and which supplements can help

on the way towards optimal health and weight loss. In just weeks, readers

will find they have more energy and a stronger immune system, and will have

shed pounds and inches.

* There is a huge audience interested in the ways diet can improve their

health, as evidenced by the extraordinary success of " Fit for Life " (Warner

1986), which sold close to three million copies, and " The Yeast Connection "

(Vintage, 1986), which sold over 60,000 copies.

* The Young's' published book " Sick and Tired? " , a more scientific version

of

this book, in 1999, and sold over 45,000 copies with no marketing. They

also

published a companion cookbook, " Back to the House of Health, " which has

sold

20,000 copies to date.

* O. Young, Ph.D., is a renowned microbiologist and nutritionist. He

is head of the InnerLight Biological Research Center, and has gained

national

recognition for his research on diabetes, cancer and AIDS.

* The forward to the book was written by Jane Clayson, CO-host of CBS' The

Early Show, who has been an avid follower of this diet.

O. Young, Ph.D., and Redford Young live in Alpine, Utah.

right around the corner.

The Jane Clayson's Testimony

Co-Anchor for " The Early Show "

I met Dr. Young about 10 years ago. My mother had been talking about her

experience with his work for years, but frankly I was skeptical. I would

hear

nothing of it for along time. Then I got sick. Sick in a way that none of

the

hordes of traditional doctors I saw could figure out – or help with. I had

digestive problems that were variously diagnosed as parasites, bacterial

infection, irritable bowel syndrome, you name it. I had every imaginable

test, including colonoscopy. It seemed like no two doctors could agree about

what was going on with me, or what to do about it. None of the advice I did

get solved anything anyway.

So I finally broke down and made an appointment with Dr. Young.

I

was at the point where I would have tried anything. My mom had described

what

would happen in Dr. Young's office, that he would take a sample of my blood

and do a live analysis. Even then, I thought this was basically ridiculous.

Hadn't many, many doctors taken and analyzed my blood already? What would a

microbiologist know about my health anyway? What could he do that no medical

doctor could, to make me feel better?

I still vividly remember sitting on that black leather couch in the

waiting

area after my consultation, completely overwhelmed by what I had

experienced.

I was amazed by Dr. Young's ability to put his finger right on my problem

without me saying a word. It seemed almost like divination, except that he

was right in front of me, “reading†my blood under the microscope and

telling me how much it revealed about my body and me. It was the most

convinci

ng answer I’d heard yet, no matter my initial views on the source.

Fortunately for me, once I opened myself to the experience, I eventually

learned I had stumbled upon a great treasure. Even more than hearing a

cogent

explanation, I was floored by the presentation of a straightforward solution

to my problem. Most of all, I was bowled over by Dr. Young's caring and

expressive manner.

It was in this manner that Dr. Young told me I basically had two options. I

could continue on the road I was on, which would include considering my

ailments a regular part of my life. Or, I could make some serious changes –

my diet, vitamins and minerals, and so much more: a whole new way of living

and being.

With what I learned from Dr. Young in that original consultation about

eating

green, getting the proper supplements, drinking pure water, avoiding sugar

and balancing my body, keeping it from getting acidic, I saw almost

immediate

results. My health completely turned around within four weeks.

And ever since, I've diligently followed what this book shares as The pH

Miracle plan. I'm not always perfect, naturally, and sometimes I fall off

course. I get slowly lulled back into the sugar and other junk that comes

from old habits. Of course, the negative consequences always follow (though

I've never been sick again like I was when I sought out Dr. Young). But then

I just get back on track again.

Five years ago, I had an ovarian cyst. My doctor wanted to remove it

surgically, the standard practice. But Dr. Young warned me against

disrupting

my body that way, and prescribed an all-natural approach instead. I had to

be

very stringent with the plan, but sure enough, with plenty of “green drink,â€

veggie juices, and well-balanced alkaline meals, the tumor finally subsided.

First it diminished in size, and eventually went away entirely.

True, I don't of those incredible stories about how eating (living!) this

way

can stop stage 4 cancer in its tracks, or something equally dramatic –

though

I know Dr. Young has witnessed a lot of them – but it is still clear to me

how totally this can change your life. Its a revelation, a way of looking at

the world in a new light. It affects the way we look at ourselves, and at

disease, and how what we put into our bodies effects everything we do. But

it

changes not just your understanding of how the human body works, but also

your whole outlook—your spirit. Diet affects your mind as well as body, and

is intricately connected to the soul as well. When the body is sick, your

thoughts and emotions suffer as well, as does, ultimately, your soul.

On a more concrete plane, this plan gives me new life – especially as I'm

preparing for the daily broadcast at 4 a.m.! I've got a rigorous schedule,

to

put it mildly, and without this plan, I simply wouldn't have the energy for

it. And as the best of side benefits, when I'm following this plan, I don't

have to worry about my weight (and in my line of work, women always have to

worry about their weight). I work out (aerobic exercise, and yoga) but when

you get rid of all the bad stuff – the carbs and the yeast and the sugar –

the weight just floats away. It comes off gently and naturally. Its not

really a weight loss program– but it is the best weight loss program there

is!

I drink my SuperGreens every day. That's the first thing I do before and

after every show. I bring them right into the studio – just about everyone

on

the set has asked to taste it by now!-- it gives me the energy to walk in

here every day and do my best.

I also drink lots and lots of distilled water, with the Prime pH drops I

learned about from Dr. Young, as well as juice (spinach and carrot being my

favorite). I eat lots of salads and soups, lots of veggies, lots of nuts,

and

lots of healthy oils. I take an InnerLight multivitamin, and sometimes other

supplements if I have a particular need. ’s recipes have introduced

me

to wonderful wraps, dressings, salad combinations, and so much more. “Popeye

Soup,†lentil salad, vegetable curry…I like to make four or five dishes on

Sunday to graze off of during the week. Its simpler than “regular†cooking

(and thank goodness for that)!

It may be a bit difficult at first, but it is also so simple. It seems like

a

drastic change, but then you realize how much better you feel, how far the

benefits go, and the choice is easy. It isn't rocket science to opt for the

way of life that effortlessly lifts the cloud of pain and suffering.

Actually doing the program is easier than you think. I have taught my body a

different way. It likes it. I love it.
